Nina is the founder of The Secret Majority, a psychosocial-focused consultancy dedicated to transforming teams through the principles of courage, connection, and adaptability.

 

Nina is committed to ensuring the practices of The Secret Majority are underpinned by rigorous scientific research and methodologies while being delivered with passion at every step. Upholding and developing the tenets of inclusion and resilience are central to all we do at The Secret Majority

 

Nina's current doctoral research explores how unspoken social narratives shape human behaviour. This affects every person, at every level, in every organisation. She is one of only a few researchers in the world who have published empirical research in her domain.

 

As a member of the Association for Coaching, Woman in Family Law, an associate member of Resolution, sitting on the Resolution board for Leicestershire, she is dedicated to ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
